milling heads?

now i know slowbird and colin have there heads milled on hte deck face im jsut wondering if anyone knows how much to mill off?and u have to use the .040 thick Iron Head 2.8L head gaskets i believe?anyone know what the compression would be at after this?

id take the 3x00 heads down as little as posable, on mine i used that headgaskit and i left them alone, rember with the 3x00 motors your already at 9.5:1 already. perfact for boost.

im not boosting my motor though as the cam im gettin doesnt recommened it

and this will be for my 3.1/3400 hybrid
