Does anyone know of a good taillight conversion for 88-91 cavi's?? I think the rear end would look a little better with a smaller taillight set, instead of all the way across the back. Some pics would be awesome too!

There are several people who have done something similar to what you want. You won't find anything that doesn't require work though. Joe Brooks (altered images) sells complete replacement units, but I don't think its what you're looking for. Go on Cardomain and look up 94 Cavs. The yellow Z24 at the top of the list has done it.
anything custom on a 2nd gen tail is gonna require work...nothing is a direct swap

I'm working on something simmilar to what Mike has done, actually its pretty much the same thing except with phase 2 tails and I'm having three circles acrossed the back cause I havent shaved my inners. I also made the inners functional.
