I did the swap in my 94. You need a tilt column from a 91-94 and at least the bottom piece of plastic.
The only difficult part of it is the Key cylinder. Its attached to the column with headless bolts. If you want to retain your original key you'll have to get those bolts out of there. They make those little bits to drive stripped screws out or you can do like i did, drill a small hole in the center of the head, drive a torx bit into it with a hammer and rachet them out. They are in there with lock tite so it might be a bit hard.. but they will come out.
All of your original light/wiper switches will fit right on the new column.
Theres two bolts holding the column under the dash and then a 3rd into the firewall, and one bolt attaching it to the rack.
You'll probably need a steering wheel puller to get the steering wheel off also.
