does anyone know of a site that sells new or rust free doors for a 93 cavi just found out mine need to be replaced bfor i can paint it

The only place you will find rust free doors is in a junkyard in a dry state like texas or arizona.

There was a site that sells fiberglass panels for our cars, the front end was a little streached cause there made for drag racing but the hole car from the firewall back is susposed to be the same, you could cut off the skin on your door and mould on a fiberglass piece, I was thinking of doing that but the kits were pretty expensive.
other than going custom like that, wreckers and some luck is the only way to get new rust free doors.

I've got the same problem and my driver's side door sags a bit.

Found some decent doors at a local yard (not to rub it in - So CA) with no rust or sag, but was wondering: If I just pop the pins and replace the doors, will this also solve the door sag? Or do you have to replace body-mounted hardware as well?

if you replace the pins and the shims youl be fine
yea i foud a perfict pass door absolutly no rust!!!!!!! or dints for 15$!!!!!
