Impossible, especially if you're asking that sort of question.
You need to do an entire engine, drivetrain, tranny, ECM, wiring harness, and all that jazz to turn your car into a turbo GT. You are better off looking for a turbo GT car.
I agree on the easier to just buy a turbo gt if you want a turbo car. I think they have bottomed out price wise and the few that are left should start increasing as they are now 20 years old.

Hmm... i have an 89 sunbird TBI 2.0 OHc that i was going to turbo, w/ a garrett T3/T4 turbo, i know you'll need the whole wiring harness, and ECM from a 2.0 turbo, and then the 2.0 turbo exhaust manifold, you'll probably have to switch it to MPFI, need more fuel for all the air from the turbo, so you'll need, intake manifold, injectors, sensors that go along w/ it, fuel rail, throttle body, ect. I'm doing it to mine, proably better off buying a turbo sunbird, but it is do able, just have to know what your doing.

I had an 89 Pontiac Lemans GSE with the 2.0 ohc tbi that i sold to my brother. He decided to turbo it, and I got stuck helping him even though I also thought it was a bad idea. We got an IHI turbo off an older Subaru 1.8 for like $30 adapted it to fit the stock exhaust manifold and exhaust pipe, got a plumbing kit for an oil pressure guage and hooked rubber hose from it to the turbo. Then I welded a small piece of tubing to the oil pan for the oil return. Then I plumber the coolant lines into the heater hoses. Got a universal air intake tube and cone filter and boost guage from the parts store and put them on. The pressure side I made a pressure tight box over the throttle body and plumbed it to the outlet of the turbo. I have to say the results were better than I expected. It had virtually no turbo lag, but past 6psi of boost it would start to lean out, so I messed with the wastgate so it opened at about 6psi. It did increase power pretty good. Shifting through the gears the rpms and boost would go up about as fast as you could shift until 4th gear. The only downside was sometimes drivability was compromised as the check engine light would sometimes come on as the MAP sensor detected boost and the computer didn't know what to do. So as expected sometimes it would run strange. All in all it was better than I expected and in total we barely had over $100 in the whole set up. Just my experience yours may not be the same.
