Better grab it AC, guess someone out there think these are a gold mine. I stumbled across this one local in CL too. Standard fare '86 Sedan going for a jaw dropping $4.2K - and absolutely nothing special to show for it.

Looks just like my car.
Good price, can't stand when a vehicle is damaged and they don't show a pick of it though!
The price is fine and yes low miles. My counter points as usual not enough pictures, not even clean, and give a good detailed history of the mechanical done from the start (of course a short version). The technical color is Yellow gold a very low number colored car.I know this for 1 reason.
This one looks interesting also.

• 86 Skyhawk wagon : 2.0SOHC swap, Megasquirt, 20SEH cam
• 93 Sunbird sedan : 2.0SOHC, Microsquirt, ported head, 10:1
• 88 Sunbird coupe : 2.0SOHC, turbo project car, giant tires
I have learned that the car was already sold. I'm really sorry about that. Whoever got the car sure struck a "yellow goldmine" then.
That Vermont car looked good for the money. Too bad I am a little too late to the show, but I already have too many cars.
The Boston sedan is over priced by about $2,000 in my opinion.
I concur with John the sedan is def overpriced.Just toss of possible value 600-900 pending a good general check.I think people who dump tons of money into these old less desireable versions think they will get far over the firm price of a good z24, vert or other unique models with the turbo option. The flip side is for those of us who know these cars can see what the real value is versus a asking price.
Way overpriced yes, but does look like a good starting point if it could be had for half the price (or less.) Yeah I agree Ron .. my friend emailed the guy about it and he said he "won't give it away."

I would've replied with, "well I'm not giving away my money either."
