If anyone is interested, I have an extra:
I was thinking it would set Orlen's car off nicely...
PM me Paul , if I don't have to sneak in the back door of my bank maybe I can works something out with ya!!

Orlen has some other plans so this is available if anyone is interested...
Looks le Orlen is getting some bling after all
Thought a "before" photo might be in order.
...and a complete underhood shot. I know it ain't purty, but the plus sides are the engine doesn't burn a drop of oil, the transaxle is smooth as silk, no CEL issues. The floor pans are completely rust free too.
Here is the (backup) cover that I had scrounged up at the local yard. I'm glad I don't have to try and clean up now!!
And here is a tool I'm currently waiting to arrive in the mail. It is supposed to allow you to compress the valve so you are able to remove the cam followers under the cam. After that you are supposed to be able to change the cam and/or replace the lifters and cam followers as needed. All this malarkey is meant to allow cam service without removing the cam carrier - pulling the cam carrier on the Brazil engine also involves replacing the head gasket and head bolts. When I get around to trying out this beast I'll be sure to take some photos and let you know how it went. I used to pull the cam carrier on Chevettes all the time and not have head gasket leakages, but I not dare try that on these engines.

The tool came in today!
That extra foot that came with it is for the 2.0 OHC, so if I ever graduate to a newer model I'll be ready!! :-)
