Washer Bottle Project on my 84

Sounds easy enough, replace washer bottle on 84 Sunbird... Well I put in a strut tower brace and that piches the stock water bottle. So I started looking at stuff. Ron sent me a bottle out of a Mazda truck that would have fit but I could not make it look right to my liking. I ended up swapping the washer bottle and coolant fan relay/timer combo on my 84. Took the opportunity to touch up the undercote too.

Going to enjoy for a bit, then tear into the rear suspension...

Sure looks good! Makes my Cav look drab and plain. Just got to love red, it really pops.

Hit parts galore and got the pump and longer washer line and electrical pigtail. It is back together now and looks factory.

Its always the little "5-minute" fun jobs that end up leading to an engine swap or some foolishness.

Gonna take it to Baker's in Milford tomorrow for the cruise-in.

Cruise-in went fine. Got 23 MPG there and back driving at 75/80 most of the way. Would prolly get much better MPG at 55 with stock size tires, but I run 215s
