Hi all, new member here. I might be picking up a turbo 88 Skyhawk T, I was wondering if anyone out there makes a chip for the turbo Jbodies? I used to own a 86 turbo Sunbird and it ran in the high 14s but whenever boost would go above 15 psi, the ECM would shut down the fuel. Always hated that.
Thanks
I would start with getting datamaster software to monitor, then look at options for burning your own chips. I remember looking for chips for my car back in the day to no avail.
Thanks for the reply, the 87 Turbo Skyhawk I was going to buy sold already.
I've owned an 86 Turbo Sunbird and an 88 Turbo Grand Am in the past. Maybe a Sunbird or Grand Am will turn up sometime. I'd like a clean 4 door version of either, 87 and up.
