It's being advertised as an 1989 Pontiac J2000 which it obviously is not. The OHC 5 trim was available in Canada for the 83 and 84 model years which makes this either a 1983 Pontiac 2000 or a 1984 Pontiac 2000 Sunbird. Body looks in great shape and this is the only one I've ever seen in the OHC 5 trim level which I don't think was terribly popular compared to the SE etc.

Looks from the pictures like it's at a wreckers.

Yeah, after not seeing a 1st gen hatch around here for years I've seen two for sale in the last couple of months.

If this was a turbo I would have already bought it. Probably would change up the two-tone brown paint though!
