okay, so one of these days I'll get around to replacing the ignition cylinder, but my trunk lock is about worn out too. I can't seem to find matched sets though anywhere. I want to replace doors, trunk and glove box and have the same key...
There you go wanting to be all fancy with locks that are keyed alike
You may be able to have a locksmith assist... I had this done when I had my Skyhawk back in the day as it was a repo...
I would think the Buick dealer would be a fine place to do that--door lock technology hasn't changed in years...
Hey, you bring that car over here, and when it's all done you can drive it anytime you please. Just let me know you're gonna take it, and make sure it comes back...
closer9..... WOW ! Monday morning, better have another couple of coffees before posting.
It said... if car isn't sold... but parted out instead....then i'd sell you the lock set.
I'd make or keep a spare key and stop on by some evening for a ride.
Didn't say anything about telling you :>
and at my age, I "might not" remember where the car belonged !
Im swapping my locks out for 3rd gen locks.
1 key for all wooooooooot.
