i have no idea... probably south somewhere? i searched for a website, but couldnt find one... im going to have to say near the philly area?
well by googling jk tuning i came up with j-k-tuning.com which is a website dedicated to tuning honda computers but their site has a 717 area code which is a lancaster/york area code.
yea i know of them and they are a honda only operation, i stongly doubt they have hp tuners or have any idea how to use it
