Just seeing if anyone would be interested in trading hoods, I have this hood and was looking to trade for something else possibly an invader hood.

i saw that hood on ebay back when it first came out. it was listed as pin-on only as it didnt have a bottom frame layer. did they ever start making it with the frame?

I don't know, i have a cavfire swap and the kid i got it from had a cavalier, in which the hood pins lined up. the hood pins don't line up on mine but it closes with a factory latch. im workin on funds for that invader though
trade it for a stock hood by any chance??

if it uses the stock latch that means its got a bottom frame on it. otherwise you would have 4 pins in it--one at each corner

wheres the hood at cuz i have the C/F invader hood that id like to ditch for a few reasons 1. cuz the clear gel coat is cracked down to the matting and i cant fix it and 2. id like something different

Its in Ellicott City, MD. When you say you can't fix the hood is it because you don't feel like dealing with it, or its going to cost a lot to fix? Because I heard that reclearing a c/f is not that expensive. do you have pics of it?

about how much work is involved?
this is how it looked after being primed and sanded, ive even tryed to clear it with a can of dupli color clear, and even tried to fill them with fiberglass resin and didnt help
