First of all i want to say this is not my car and if im breaking the rules by doing this then so be it, you can delete the thread and give me a warning or whatever thats cool. i just thought id post this up for anyone looking for a new car. its pretty cheap and in decent shape.

That was a steal. That price with that mileage for a pretty clean car, I bet its something simple electrical if it wouldnt crank but everything with the motor looked ok.

it was an 01 blue cav. 5 spd with about 60k on it and a sc. guy sold it for 2k because it wouldnt run. clean on the outside and in

It's completely missing the SC bypass actuator, (do I need one of those?)
had a bad starter cable....bunch of little stuff wrong with it.
Just took those stupid white gauges out today

coming back in 2008...
put a new terminal on the end of the starter wire..........
and did the security relearn .....but that was my fault b/c i tripped that.
anyway it doesn't run very well b/c it's completely missing the s/c bypass actuator, and i have a vac line or two unplugged....
so i did order that for $100....but it's not here yet...and it is "running" without it....haha
man i can't wait to run it through the gears
