I saw a darker colored 95-02 cavi on I-87 at aprox. 8:30pm tonight, Dec. 23ed, in Albany, NY and was wondering if they were on here...
You got onto I-87 from Western Ave, going North, and I was in the big black dodge the let you in front of me... Black tail's, carbon fiber filler panel, Rims (idk what they were), dropped...
Wanted to say nice car... Looked nicely done from what little I could see.
i was up that way on saturday but not sunday
although my car isn't dark
Don't you bottom out?
- Yes I do
Hum... Guess he isn't on here....
So what plans do you have for that 78 W250 of your's? I love those old trucks.
not sure i'd love to throw a big block in it but it needs a frame off first
Don't you bottom out?
- Yes I do
What does it have now? 318? Is it an auto?
Swap a 360 bored out to a 408 and put a 5-speed in it. It'll be quick as hell, and the towing power will be insane. And you can't go wrong with the manual.
My Dodge has the 360. It's a powerful motor.
it's got a 360 in it now but it's a dog cause it needs a rebuild what is the part number of the 5 speed?
Don't you bottom out?
- Yes I do
Lemme go look it up.
If i can't get an exact part number, I can give you a web-site to find one. Cheap.
I've got two part numbers for a 4x4 truck - Both Manuals. I'm not sure what the difference is, but here ya go:
NP 435 - # 3822-278
NP 445 - # 3822-550
The NP 435/445 is the transmission number, followed by the part number.
Hope that helps.
What else are you planning on for that thing?
And I found out the big block I think you may be thinking of is a 440. Is that right?
i think if i were to swap it i'd drop in an NV4500 the tranny out of the newer cummins trucks but it is in desperate need of some body work
