I live in NJ. I just got an 03 cavalier. I went to superstreetonline. all i found were a**holes to be honest. not very respectful towards simple questions. What iwould like to know is, what can i do to my cavalier. Inside - out? Modifications t o the engine. Where can i find a good paint job in jersey>? Plese give me some pointers. id like to have a semi fun "race possible" car. Thanks guys

Well first where are you located in Jersey? You can do only as much as your pocket will allow you, when it comes to cars. If you would like we are having a Jersey GM meet this month, your more than welcome to come and see what some of use have done to our cars.

i think i caught where the meet was at. Already ive had people answer me which is awesome, and appreciated. Im in cape may. Well yes it is the budget of my pocket hah which is not alot right now as of this month. Does anyone know of auto part shops in jersey that are great places?
Performance? or just all around? there really isnt any local shops that are all around good shops most tend to specialize in just one aspect or another.

Yea not to many good reliable shops until you get up north towards new york, or out in western pa. only local shop that ikno of near by me is Caspers Performance. Good shop lil pricey, what kinda plans you have in mind?
Down in your area I hardly know of any. Whats the goal you have set for yourself, do you wanna go show or go for speed?

out of most. speed. i was thinking an air intake, some kindof charger super/turbo. but can my car handle that? header. the whole shibang for the engine lol. sorry for the late response. speed is a definite, but show(why not). i was looking at a body kit that i loved but i believe i care about performance more than anything. exhaust system suspension/strut. Can i do suspension myself?
