Anyone got a set for sale around Pittsburgh? My stockers are blown out, and I figure that a nice set of struts with the stock springs will tighten up the handling a little.
Have you looked on Ebay motors lately? I was on surfing around the other day and found a set of KYB's on there for like $280 or something like that.
All the AGX's I've seen on eBay are going for $350+shipping. I did find a set of Tokico HP's for $275, no shipping, but I want AGX's since I'm putting stock springs on them and want to be able to crank up the stiffness.
Nobody has a set they want to sell?
I purchased mine from tire rack a few years ago, and the price, hm, I think, with the new strut tower bearings were, um, around 275 shipped. However, that was a couple of years ago.
In fact, you could do the whole car for less than $500. I just checked the website, the fronts are 123 apiece, and the rears are 101.
Hopefuly you dont get ripped a new ass hole like i did from my mechanic.
I had a huge install for my suspension, everything replaced, and one of the agx's didn't fit. It was the wrong part# and everything. They went out and bought a new one a few towns over. Charged me 1 hour labor for the trip to get it, and $200 for the actual strut.
Yeah, don't do that. Make sure everything fits.

if it is off my old z then yes mounts and all.. brand new mounts to be exact lol well brand new before the car took a crap that is
