These are the Garage Pro Racing seats from JC Whitney. I had them in the car for maybe a year or so. No rips or tears in them. Comes with welded steel brackets to mount them right to the stock bolts. Only real problem with them is on both of the seats the foam inside the seat thigh part is flatten, i guess you would say. Its from gettin in and out of the car all the time. Im sure its just a matter of uncovering the seat bottom and adding more foam. Another thing to is that on the drivers seat the back adjuster decided to stop workin so i cut it off and modified the stock adjuster from the stock seat to it. Works good and cant really tell its not suppose to be there. Heres so pics

Right where my finger tips are is where the metal bar inside the seat is and the foam flatten down around it.
I guess that would help lol Throw me an offer for them, i really dont know how much to aski since there not perfect.
