Anyways I'm hoping you guys can come out to this meet, it would be awesome to finally get to see some of you guys. I'm looking forward to a decent turnout with some guys from the RX7 owners club, Rekless Racing, 9thgencorolla, VVTi.net, and of course you guys here on teh JBO.



Saturday June 23, 2007 I will be hosting a Newport meet/cruise... We will meet at Newport Grand Hi-Li at 11:30am and roll out at 12 Noon...

The last time I had people meet at Hi-Li the cops were called because people were screwing around... So with that being said; please no screwing around. This is my stomping ground, and I'd like to keep it nice and not get my balls busted by the local PD...

From there we will take a nice scenic ride through Historic Newport and end up at Fort Adams.

I'm only available until about 5PM so if we want to take the long way to the fort, that's cool... Or we can get there quick, snap some pics, then go on a nice ride, that's cool too...



Directions to Newport Grand:

From Boston's West Suburbs

From Boston's West Suburbs take Route 95 south to Rout 4 (exit 9 – left hand exit). Follow Route 4 which turns into Route 138 East to Newport. Follow signs for the Newport /Pell Bridge. Cross the Jamestown and Newport/Pell Bridge (toll bridge). Take the 114 North/Fall River/Cape Cod exit off the Newport Bridge. Do not take the downtown Newport Exit. Newport Grand is at the base of the Exit. .


From Boston

From Boston take Route 24 South (49 miles) till it becomes Route 114 South. Follow Route 114 South straight (7 miles). Turn right at the light onto Admiral Kalbfus Road/Route 138. Newport Grand is on the left hand side after the 2nd light.


From Providence

From Providence take Route 95 south to Rout 4 (exit 9 – left hand exit). Follow Route 4 which turns into Route 138 East to Newport. Follow signs for the Newport /Pell Bridge. Cross the Jamestown and Newport/Pell Bridge (toll bridge). Take the 114 North/Fall River/Cape Cod exit off the Newport Bridge. Do not take the downtown Newport Exit. Newport Grand is at the base of the Exit. .


From Worcester

From Worcester take 146 South to 295 South around Providence to Take 146 South to 295 South around Providence to Route 95 south to Rout 4 (exit 9 – left hand exit). From Connecticut and New York

From Connecticut & New York take Route 95 north to Route 138 east to Newport (exit 3A). Follow Route 138 East to Newport. Follow signs for the Newport Bridge. Cross the Jamestown and Newport/Pell Bridge (toll bridge). Take the 114 North/Fall River/Cape Cod EXIT off the Newport Bridge; do not take the Downtown Exit. Newport Grand is at the base of the Exit.
