Im tired of my crappy ghetto clamped up pacesetter piping and dynomax muffler that always sags down and leaks, so Im putting on a new setup but I need help. I bought alias's old exhaust, which he had a cat behind where the flange is. Since then I cut off the cat, and welded a straight piece of tubing there. Now I have a paceseeter header and magnaflow cat welded on the downpipe, then flange; I plan to just cut off the flange and just weld the exhaust on. I also have to have a hanger welded on before the over axle pipe, and my muffler welded on. I could just cut my midsection hanger off my pacesetter catback and weld it on the new piping, it already has the rear hanger to fit in the stock location so thats not a problem.
So pretty much: Remove old exhaust, cut cat flange, weld pipe to cat, weld a midsection hanger on the exhaust, weld up muffler.
I would have my friend who welded on the straight piece of aluminum help me, but he cant weld stainless steel which the new piping is, and he works about 70hrs a week; and I could take it to a shop but I dont feel like paying a few hundred bucks for simple work like this. I live in an apartment complex so I will have to come to you. So if you can weld and have some spare time or whatever let me know.
Im in Joppa, MD; dont realy wana drive too far but let me know where your at. Ill provide food, liquor, a little cash, or whatever for the help.
