I cant believe anybody would do that to a CF hood, I know it's different strokes for different folks i guess, but wow....
to be honest it looks better with the primer cause when he got the hood it was a silver carbon fiber which imo looks horrible... hey greg good luck with the sell

and that was with the side of my finger nail so with the right stuff u can strip primer off with ease if u want to but all up to u i just want a reg carbon hood i fd up when i painted this one but it will come clean just have to put a few hours in it.........
not to put my 2 cents in.. but i am you may have abetter chance at a sale if you strip the hood bro...

primer over a carbon hood is not a big deal...since the carbon is underneath of the resin, the primer just acts like any other layer of paint. as long as you didnt sand the resin down too much, all you would have to do to fix that hood is just sand the primer off and clear it again.
