im so fed up with all this BS about how ppl in PA wanna start a car club but never do. im putting my foot down and taking action. i wanna see a sweet car club finally come out of Pittsburgh, succeed and actually have ppl with heart and dedication. So heres the deal. me and jeffrey(lanman) are gonna start a @!#$ club that actually has everything that a car club needs. no more BS about how i wanna start one and i was thinkin about it. NO its gonna happen. you wanna have a successful car club. you gotta take action. so all u pgh ppl that have that heart, leave a reply back,saying what u want to see out of a pgh car club. i also wanna see where u all are from so maybe we can make a set meeting spot for all of us. i am being serious. there will be one started RIGHT NOW! the name....give me and jeff sometime to think. so all you pgh ppl. COME OUT!

THANK YOU!!!! I have wanted to start one for god knows how long!. I live in Oil City which is about 2 hours north of the Burgh. I thought maybe New Castle or someplace would be a good place since its about the same distance away from both places. Just a thought let me know what you think.

here we go again, you are aware there are other car clubs in Pittsburgh that have jbodys in them. Also speaking as someone who started a club in pittsburgh, no matter how much you say there will be BS, there will be BS. When you bring a group of people together you bring together multiple attitudes that may not fit together and you have to kick people out.
Look at other clubs, newdawncustoms, fantom force, and steelcities finest. They are all good clubs with good people in them.
I like BS, as long as the president isn't gay and then percsecutes you for having a work in progress while he's driving a Chrysler Sebring sedan. Nuff said. Rob - we're going to have to meet up sometime and eat some burgers or something - maybe it won't rain like crazy like it did the last time we got together at Robinson. Bubsy - what about J-Bodies n'at?

I agree with Rob, considering we had a CC a few years back. Like he said there are few in Pittsburgh, but to be honest I am not really into the modding, car scene anymore. I am buying a house and that is pretty much but all my funds.
On the other hand, i don't see the reason to label myself as being in a car club to hang out. Unfortunetenly last meet over the summer in Robinson I was working and it rained so I didn't come.
I am up for hanging out meeting up but the whole car club, car scene just isn't for me, getting older and more important things happening.
^^^^ dude it rained HARD for quite some time. We all had to go hide in Dicks for a hot new york minute for it to subside. I hear ya about the house; I'm getting married in July, last saturday and this saturday we're going house shopping again, and we might make our decision which house we want next week. Growing older sometimes means growing up, but I definitely like that brotherhood and bond that some of us formed when we were as a club. Bubsy, Jason, Chaz, Jon Treen and hooder, we're all still real tight.

I think I am too old for the car club scene. Just let me know when the meets are and I will show up if I am not working and I have a babysitter.
