allright with drop srpings do i need drop struts or can i usethe stock struts and shocks ???
Come on jeff you should know this. You NEED struts that can handle the drop. Read the suspension sticky for a refresher of combo's.
ok cody i knew i probably needed a set o drop struts and shocks just wasent shure but ne one have info on where i can find them cuz a+ only has the drop srpings i want not the full kit

Im looking @ the goldline drop springs. Thier about 1.75" drop a buddy of mine has them with the stock struts on his 97 grand am. It sits low and rides nice im just wondering is it possible to use the stock struts and shocks ?????
nope, definitely not good to use the stock struts for that. they will blow and the ride will be crappy, and then you have to take it apart again to change to better struts. Koni yellows are what you need for those.
that low of a drop you need either koni yellows or tokico dspecs. both run about 550 brand new. dont cheap out and try any other struts because you are just going to waste money
I would have to agree, before I knew any better, I put those ebay specials on my car and man........HORRIBLE RIDE! Not to mention needing new struts. I just went back to stock. You live and you learn bro!

i would be more than happy to have it bagged ryan but last i knew matt was kinda pissed at me but if ne one knows of ne one that has sum drop springs n struts they are willing to sell pm me im willing to buy if the price is reasonable btw how much of a drop would i need to bea able to fit 2 fingers between the wheel & wheel well ?????

just give it a few mixed drinks and you should have 2 fingers in it in noo time.

i have goldlines.....1.8 all around.....and im on stock struts and it SUCKS...definatly get sum koni yellows to match with them......i keep hitting my head on the roof when i hit a bump

well i figured out what kinda struts im gettin thier gabriel ultra thier local and can handel a 1.5" drop now lowering spring either sprint or eibach opinions ???
