I thought he said York County, but yeah thats how I feel, who the @!#$ cares, let them put my name on the list lol..
I can't see the video clip, but I'm pretty sure it was Dauphin county when I saw it on the news. Anywho, they did that here in Lancaster for the @!#$s on 222 & actually had to stop doing it because people were using it as bragging rights. Guess the people that came up with this forgot about that going on here.
