Joe, as you can see it was cut, but it was cut clean, and very easily glassable. No cracks that I can see on them, and they're just a little dirty.



The z3's ugliness is shown in the first picture, just needs sanded. The holes could probably be filled in where they bolt onto the car, and that's easy work as well:
