Has rims and an rk dual exhaust. Rev's his engine at me whenever I pass him going the other direction.

My ex's girl and their friends have a few Js (his girl and her friend have the 2 most hideous pink cavaliers). They go and race on Rt. 40 and troll Rockville Pike.
