i have the reg cav bumper for a 98 i bought a z24 bumper n the body shop that going to but them on the bumpers and side skirts is saying i need the z24 front bumper absorber which is like 115$

Hey, i think i might have thrown mine away a long time ago but i will check the garage to see if they are still laying around, but im almost certain i threw them away. If i didnt i'll just give them to ya at the cost of shipping. If i would have thought i had them i would have shipped them with the bumpers.

You don't need it! Same style bumper if you look at the top. If you do Cavy to Sunfire you have to change, but for you no you don't need it. Trust me since both of mine have had front end swaps more then once.
