how many of you folks will be going to NYIRP?
i was trying to get a bunch of the precizion guys to go, but it looks like the weekends
are taken up by cheesey racing type stuff... (1/8 mileetc..)
they don't seem to keen on renting out the track @ $50/car either....

Is that the track right off I-90 as your heading towards buffalo? I passed something one night last summer and there was a @!#$ load of tuner cars there and looked like one big party..
ehh i think thats a different track. NYIRP is near genesseo ny, its in Leicester. Although the one of I90 is always packed when i drive by at night
the one off the I90 is lancaster spedway.
the thought of 1/8 mile times does little for me.

I like Leicester alot better, mainly because its only 45 minutes from me, while lancaster is almost 2 hours. We take our bikes there every summer..
I also want to go to NOPI. Does anyone know how the racing works there? It says handicap races so i have a guess, but i just wanna be sure. If thats the case, i dont wanna take my bike and risk laying it down during a sub 11sec pass just to beat some dumbass in a Civic running 18s. Id rather bring the jeep or caddy
not sure how the racing will work, but me and the rest of Team Wicked will be there. we'll have at least 20 cars or so.
cant wait for that. ill have my whole new trunk and rear seat setup finished this week

Mind if i meet up with you guys? None of my friends are car people, and the guys i know that are into cars, well lets just say they get together to watch TFATF on thursdays.
I will be there as soon as I get the HP tuners done on my car. I will be going to NOPI definantly, anyone know when we can register, I want to race and show my car.
What dates is everyone going to NYIRP, I will go any time about 45 mins if I drive fast enough.
