Alright i have forsale a 1992 z24 cavalier with an auto trans. The car does run and drive and the trans shifts as it should, the idle is alittle rough and occasionally it stalls when i put it in gear only when its cold. This was a project car for me to fix as a daily driver, but i just got a new job and they give me a work truck to take home every day so i no longer need the Z. The car does start everytime, but i needs some more work and most likely will have to be towed. I also have a clean pa title. It has 172k and when i replaced the valve cover gaskets there was no build up in the heads at all, it was well taken care of. Also has power windows and locks. The car also comes with another set of z24 sideskirts and door skins. Im open to offers also, and if you want to see it in person just shoot me a pm. The good:
00-02 z wheels but they are in need of new tires
New trans seal, filter and fluid
New plugs (ac delco rapidfires) and wires
Oil pan gasket
less that 30 miles on oil change ( Mobil clean 5000 5w-30 )
New map sensor
New fuel pump and fuel filter
New front brakes, and rotors
Valve cover gaskets both replaced
EGR valve cleaned
New ac delco battery
New rear shocks
The bad:
Windshield is cracked on the drivers side and needs to be replaced
The gas tank has a spot where rust ate through it so that needs to be replaced or welded
The exhaust is leaking before the cat
Possible passanger side wheel bearing is bad, im not 100% sure
Gas gauge doesnt work, needs a new sending unit, i only replaced the pump and screen
Rust on driverside quarter panel
needs tires

i forgot to add the alternator and serpentine belt i also replaced. Also it is not currently inspected

Price seems a little steep...
The car only bluebooks @ like 1300 in excellent condition- plus it needs couple hundred in repairs..
You would probably be able to sell it alot easier for like 800.
Scott: yea its been awhile how have you been? I havent made much progress on the 03 theres a local guy that supposed to buy the kit any day now.
Red Devil: For $800 id sell it today but that about the lowest id go, reason being i put obo (or best offer)
