I'm looking at selling my 18" Racing Hart C5 wheels with or without brand new tires (Kumho Ecsta SPT 225/40/18) which only have 200 miles on them. The rims are in great condition just your minor scratches, nothing noticable. I don't wanna ship these, so pickup only.

Prices are firm, these are one of the best wheels for J-bodies and retail for much more new!
