I no longer have a place to paint but I can do any other body work. I'm going to two-tone my golf to see how good of a job I can do painting inside my garage. Maybe after that I will offer painting as well. Send me a list of what you want done, I can hook you up with a good painter nearby.

Flip, the small amount of machining equiptment I do have wouldn't suffice for making a pulley like that... have you thought about take the pulley you do have an using a drum lathe on it?

wrench monkey, can put new bearings in your's and reallign the wheels to where they were but that is the best I can do for balancing.. never had a problem doing it that way. $150+shipping, parts included.. will tear it down and do a complete cleaning and rebuild it with new bearings.

Thanks anyway, MINION. I don't have any equipment in my garage that are capable of doing such work which is why I'm searching for shops. Even places around here don't have anything remotely close to what necessary to make a smaller pulley, that includes a lathe.
