I'm painting my rear bumper. oughta take 2 days to dry. in PA is ilegal to drive w/o a bumper?

Well seeing how the part that gets panited is techinicly only the cover and the actual bumper is the steel piece behind it then unless your removeing the steel part i can't see you getting in trouble for removeing the cover. Your bumper is the steel part NOT the rubberized cover.
