NDRA 2006 Race Schedule
The 2006 NDRA schedule is final with three new venues added. In addition to opening the season again at Phoenix’s Firebird Raceway and having the privilege of running Maryland International twice, May 20th and 21st as well as August 26th and 27th, we have added the South Georgia Motorsports Park in Valdosta, April 29 & 30, the New York International Raceway Park, July 22 & 23 and the New England Dragway August 5th and 6th in Epping, NH. We’re really excited to have an event in our home state of Georgia again this year but can’t wait to get to New England this year where there are so many loyal race fans and fast pro and amateur teams.

NOPI the Xbox Cup Racing Series is very pleased to be returning to Gateway International Raceway earlier in the summer in 06, June 3rd and 4th hoping for temperatures less than the 100 degree mark we’ve had the past two seasons. One of the biggest changes will be the move of the Southeastern Sport Compact Nationals to the Rock, Rockingham, North Carolina July 8th and 9th from Bristol. Yes we love the Bristol facility as well but the local jurisdictions were just too overbearing on our guests for the second year straight forcing the move to a more racer friendly community.

We always look forward to the great racing at Atco and we will be there at the end of July and the World Finals will again be held at Norwalk Raceway Park, October 14th and 15th. The NDRA, a new look in 2006 and still the New Breed of Speed.
