So here's the deal...selling ANYTHING in the forums is NOT ALLOWED according to the rules. In the regional forums, this has traditionally been
overlooked to allow people to locally advertise parts that might be difficult to ship.
Recently, serious changes were made to that allowance in this forum to get back to the spirit of the rule...only selling large or tough to ship items instead of everything under the sun. A LARGE number of therads were deleted, including one selling SPARK PLUGS!
What does all this mean? Very little to this thread...this was a big enough part that it qualified under the new rules. However, regardless of what rules are being enforced or overlooked, there are still standards that members are held to when posting. Starting trouble, flaming, name calling, bypassing the language filter and other infractions are still unacceptable and will still result in warnings, bans or further sanctions.
From the seller's side, such things may also result in your NO LONGER BEING PERMITTED to sell items in this forum. From the antagonist's side, don't worry...we've got this under control...we appreciate the help, but considering the average maturity level prevalent here sometimes it can escalate into a situation that can get you BOTH banned.
And yes, please...in the future if you DO list an item for sale and it sells MAKE A POST SAYING SO so we can lock or delete the thread.
