I may have seen him. They have VW meets at the Starbucks by my house where I tan. What did he do? I'll keep a lookout around my house and Germantown/Rockville. Did he have MD tags?

Ok, here is the story........
I never have any of my kids with me while Im driving my car but this day (week and a half ago) Im driving home with my son in the back seat. I look in my rear view mirror and see a black car approaching me very fast. He tails me then passes me and cuts me off. Next he starts passing others in front of me on a 2 lane road no passing zone going up a hill when oncomming traffic could come through at any moment which puts me and my son and others in danger. Ok fine, I blew it off. As I'm comming into my town I can see him way up ahead when all of a sudden he does an e-brake u-turn in the middle of traffic and starts comming at me. He takes his VW passat and comes into my lane while giving me the finger. I swerved out of the way and he takes off.
i go home and drop my son off. I get back into my car and do some errands in town. This whole time Im thinking that this kid needs to be taken off the street and I know it's not my job to do so but he really pissed me off!
Later that night I was in my Explorer comming from the gym and I see him. He was driving slowly in my court while on his cell phone! Now he turns into my court and shuts his lights off. Now at this time I wanted to get out and confront him to see what his problem is with me but I decided to observe him from my Explorer.
He does nothing and leaves. I told my wife about it and she said when she was driving my car home from work the other night that a black VW Passat followed her home and parked near our mail boxes (town home mail box) and cut his lights off and watched my wife go into my home then did a slow drive by in our court then left.
So, I put 2 and 2 together and realized that this kid has it out for me for some reason.
So I need to find this kid before he finds me again! Whatever happens from that point on....................
Disclaimer: never pissed anyone off, never acted like some cool guy with a wannabe fast car or anything like that. Im to mature for that crap! lol.

Your family is worth more to you than some idiot. Next time he does that, block your court enterance with your vehicle and call the police.
Holy sh-t dude !! Buy a gun and memorize the number for 911 ! next time your in your truck and you see him stalking your Cavi or worse your family ram his ass ! Then get out and beat his ass. Seriously tho dude you NEEED to call the cops and tell them what you just told us. This needs to be on file if for no other eason then to cover your ass in case your confronted and things get ugly. This way you'll be able to proove hes been stalking you and you were defending yourself.

Get his tags, file a police report, and request a restraining order. Also tell the police exactly what he's done and was doing. People like that shouldn't be driving, you may be his ultimate target, but he's also a threat to everyone else who drives on the road, they might be interested in knowing about his e-brake turns, and passing in no-passing zones.

I already did. The closest thing I could find was a guy who lives in Silver Spring, MD.
Im not gonna get the police involved just yet. I have a different route im gonna go. Im not a tough guy nor do I wanna put this kid in the hospital. I like to confront these kinds of issues first. Maybe I can resolve this problem before it gets out of hand.
My area and people who come into my area are known for wannabe tough guys. I think this guy knows a lot of people where I live and he considers himself well know as a cool kid!
What he fails to realize that I am not a born and raised Poolesville Maryland kid and I think once he finds out he will back off. I think he is just behaving stupid to impress his boyz that live in my town.
The part of him following my wife home......I think he thought it was me because it was at night and my windows are tinted. Then he realized it was my wife driving.
I know how to protect my family and I know how to handle these kinds of people. I was a US Marine/Military Police and have been through extensive training on how to read people based on there actionsand how to protect my property/domain.
I appreciate the look outs and appreciate any word on this kid.
