My lovely company decided that budget cuts were in order, so I ended up getting the axe this afternoon.

I need work somewhere in Baltimore - ideally within a half hour drive from home (Cockeysville).

I am an ideal phone operator/Administrative Assistant. I have worked in various call centers, as well as one Administrative Assistant position. I have an excellent phone demeanor, and am very customer/client-oriented. I have minimal computer tech support experience (Mac OSX-specific). I am willing to work flexible hours.

If anyone knows of any availability, PLEASE let me know. This couldn't have come at a worse time.

Matt - thanks for the input. Comcast has never called me back, despite my having applied numerous times. i guess i'm just not what they're looking for.

Mastin - i'm not at Fox anymore. i was working with JimmyZ for awhile.

i have a couple of options available to me right now that i'm pursuing, but i am willing to consider most other options aside from foodservice and bartending. i'm going to be hitting the pavement Monday morning, so i may apply at various retail establishments.

i've also got a list of stuff i'm going to check out in the hospital system, thanks to Kristin, so hopefully something will pan out.

Laura...I work for Pepco in Rockville....I know it's a hike but we have a call center and I know we are always looking for good people.

Sorry for the delay response.......we might not have a Pepco where your at but we also own Connective and other Pepco Holding Companies......it's Monday morning....let me do some searching for you!
