They are/were suposed to play here in Lancaster on the 12th, an acoustic show in a small lounge part of a club. Unfortunately by the time I got the email schedule from the club it was sold out. However, upon checking the site again to get the date, I see it says the show is postponed.

POD is also coming to Lancaster on the 15th, but not with Staind. I'd think if they toured together, they'd be here together as well.

Enjoy if you go. I know I wish I could have picked up tickets for the show here. They were only going for $9.70 as a promotion to a local station, FM97.

Maybe I'm just in a weird mood but does everything posted in this forum have to be related to Lancaster. Sorry if I sound like a dick but I don't think I've ever seen a post from you in norteast that did'nt mention Lancaster. We get it you like living in Lancaster.

What I say, yes. I'm from Lancaster, I post about what's going on in my area. Should I post about something going on in New York, Vermont, Connecticut or somewhere else? I'd say my hometown makes sense. If you've seen anything else I've posted, I don't like living in Lancaster.

I posted here simply to say that, so far as I knew, POD & Staind were not playing together, as someone else commented on. They simply aren't here, even if they are somewhere else. Thought I'd add some more information that was real knowlege other than an "I think." Unfortunately, even though there is a tour of some sort & both bands are coming here, the "tour" isn't coming here.

I also posted because there was suposed to be a show here only a few days after the Baltimore show that had sold out very quickly. It was a mention that might put the thought to buy tickets ASAP into someone's head if they're interested in getting the tickets.

Sorry if I confuse you with relating things together, or talking about something similar within driving distance. I thought that my intent was clear.

See now you are confusing me. You said you were pointing it out for people to buy tickets but then said it's sold out. But this all came after you said the show was canceled. And this all related to Lancaster which isn't in Baltimore.

And back on topic I just might have to try and see this show in Baltimore.

Sorry you can't comprehend a parallel idea. Let me try again, broken down even more.

What I said: Tickets in Lancaster sold out fast.
Parallel idea: Tickets in Baltimore might sell out as well.
Reason of posting: If you want to go to the Baltimore show, you should probably buy tickets soon.

Also, postponed does not equal cancelled.
Click these links for clarification of meaning: postponed, cancelled.
The show is still happening here, just not at the date originally posted.

Point of this post is to further understanding for those who don't get it, so that they might pick of the drift to buy tickets soon.

Let me know if you need further assistance to understand.

oh good lord, Susan. i think we're able to comprehend that if the concert is on Friday, one would want to get tickets soon. common sense is a lovely thing, and i know Donovan has quite a bit of it.

now. please, stop insisting on being as right as possible...it's quite annoying. go "play with yourself" instead...you seem to enjoy telling others to do the same, so practice what you preach.

I go by what I read, I saw a confused person that couldn't comprehend a concept. As for whatever trouble you're trying to start with me, get over yourself & stick to your own topic, or sling your poo at me via email.

If anyone has any problem with this simple message, please also contact me via email since this thread is traveling off-topic.

You obviosly need the last word when the point was proven already. And no I'm not confused, I just don't see your point in pposting about a show that was canceled or postpone or whatever in Pa. It didn't have to do with this post because you said yourself it is in a very small place. Umbc is probably a little bigger than some small lounge in a club. If you feel ike you need to carry this further why don't you e-mail me.

well, let's see here.

Donovan didn't understand why you felt the need to add your bit of info regarding a concert that had little to do with the one mentioned; ergo, you took it slightly off topic to begin with.

i'm not "trying to start trouble" with anyone - just repeating something you said to me. by the way - i'm pretty sure you're pretty incapable of following your own words.

you preach about taking my thread off topic - again, practice what you preach. did you really have anything relevant to say? no, but you added your input anyway. don't you realize that you started the threadjacking in the first place?

shush, girly. kthxbai.

i neglected to notice that you really didn't know shizz about the concert i was talking about, either - POD and staind are touring together, with taproot to round out the trio. don't believe me? i'm looking at a pair of tickets that say so...so you really had NOTHING to say of worth in this thread.

just...stop. you've dug your own hole here...and to think, i used to defend you in chat when people called you Casper.

indeed...welcome to the underlying drama that exists between some of us in MD and some of us in PA. you'd do well to avoid it - otherwise it might suck you in, and lord knows you don't want to piss off Susan. she might call you bad things and get pissy.

If you couldn't understand what I said, try reading a little slower. I thought that I explained relavence elementary enough. You seem to be in a hurry, posting 3 times in a matter of minutes. Take some time to read what I've said, 2+2 does equal 4. You might also notice that I requested that your next reply, which I anticipated to be poo flinging, be via email. This last reply is via the thread due the fact that I'm at work & do not have current access to my email.

over a concert?

on a side note, someone above said 2+2=4.... ALSO keep in mind that 2x2 also equals 4 as well...

more than one way to come to the same conclusion.
