i went to the local muffler shop near my house and paid to have them "touch up" a weld
on my exhaust
brought that to court yesterday along with the wife and baby....
we were given preferrential treatment in line and i was the 1st traffic offense called up by the judge :-)
the whole ordeal at court took about 1 hour

o lmao i was not in the town of tonawanda court i was in there police station. i was int he village of kenmore court lmao later that night
my ticket was for "Inadequate Muffler"
thats ticket number 2 for my exhaust.
the exhaust has been the same for 3 years, but lately i get pulled over a lot.
last time i was nice and added a resonator, but now i dont have room for more resonators...
so, i just had them touch up a perfectly good weld

That is how it was in my area, but they did a nice change in the town ordances so they could get around needing a db meter. Or atleast I think that is what they did to the ordance.
