anyway, on the 24th there is an SCCA autocross at the Park City mall in Lancaster, my friend and I both registered already and i just thought it'd be nice to haver a couple more J's make an appearance (since as of today i am the ONLY J registered), its $25 to pre-reg online, and $30 the day of
it should be a fun day to just hang out and see what our cars can really do
so let me kno if anyone else is interested and maybe we can all go down together

as far as whats goin on, its an autocross
ok so how to explain an autocross....
basically they setup a cone driving course in the parking lot and entrants take turns running through it, best time wins....cars are placed into classes based on type and any mods done to the car, chances are most ppl on the org will be in the STS class (street touring). you get 3 runs at this event and your best time is counted
basically its a chance to test both your car and your driving skills both legally and safely
its a fun time, i hope some of you can make it

neither is mine, but you should def run if your gonna go, its just for fun as far as i am concerned, and since your a novice its just practice, just dont beat the car too too hard and you'll have fun, but if you really dont want to run then dont

i will be at the denny's on Rt 30 (where the Sinister J's meet)at 6:30AM sunday july 24th, and i will be leavin promptly at 6:45, reg starts at 8am and tech opens at the same time
If you contact me beforehand and let me know that you are comin i will wait at denny's for you otherwise we will leave at 6:45

I'm sure MTA and i will stop out, we were out the last time they ran at Park City. My friend Chris helps to organize all of this stuff, so we like to stop out & see him. We most likely will not run, Chris has a black WS6. I don't know if you have been out there & know where it's set up, but it's by the Sears Auto Center
Also, i don't know if you have the whole schedule, but i posted it
here if you're interested.

The easiest way to find it off of the highway is the Harrisburg Pike exit off of Rt. 30. The directions that tell you to take 283/72 are coming from Harrisburg, which is northwest of Lancaster & so opposite of where you'd be coming from. The mall actually sits between Harrisburg Pike & 72, they just bring you in opposite sides. I'm not sure which way you'd come here since you don't have a town in your registry, but if you want more specific directions i can help you out. I grew up around here & now live 10 minutes from the mall, so i'm pretty familiar with any way you'd plan on coming into the area.

you would be in the STX group, Street Touring - X because of the supercharger
