New England J's Massdriven Meet July 9th
Saturday, June 25, 2005 10:42 PM

WHEN: Saturday, July 9th - RAIN or SHINE

WHERE: Polish American Club, Agawam, MA.
139 Southwick St. (Also Known As Route 57)
(See directions at the bottom of the page)

TIME: 11:30AM until ??

COST: $5.00 per car
(Food & Product extra $, see details below)

FOOD and DRINK

Food will be provided by the Copperline Eatery. If you don't know, their food is excellent. They will there serving/selling Hamburgers/Cheeseburgers, Hot Dogs cooked right on the Grill. Chips and Soda will also be provided.

The cost of the food is as follows:
Hamburger or Hot Dog - $2.50
Cheeseburger - $3.00
Chips - $.50
Soda - $1.00

They should be there serving around 1:30-3:30
(this is just an estimate and may change)

Normally the Copperline does not do this sort of thing but they are cutting me a break and doing me a favor. They usually charge a set price and much more for there time and I don't want them to lose out so bring your appetite!

This also allows people to just worry about having an awesome time and not standing behind a grill cooking for 100+ people.

* PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO CLUB RESTRICTIONS THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE ALLOWED IN. I will ensure that we will have enough beverages to go around.

* LIQUOR: Alcohol will be served in the Bar at the club house for those who are 21+. No alcohol will be allowed outside of the club house whatsoever. Those who are drinking must remember to be respectful and courteous. Anyone found being out of control will be escorted off the premises.

MUSIC

Music will be provided by DJ ADAPT. (391 Lounge DJ)
He will have all his equipment with him along with tens of thousands of songs to choose from. Anything from 80's to Techno to Rock and more.

PRODUCT

We will have T-shirts for sale along with Stickers and MD Cards. Possibly more.

VENDORS

We will be offering table space(s) for vendors to see product or advertise.

If you are a vendor interested in setting up a table at the rally, please email mlareau@gmail.com or PM: mklaro
for details and sponsorship information.

WHERE THE MONEY GOES

All money collected from entry to the rally will be put to paying for the rental of the Pavilion. Any extra will be put towards the website for hosting fees, hardware, and software and other expenses.

The money you pay for your meal will go directly to the Copperline for providing the food and service.

SUMMARY

The date is set for the new summer rally. It will be held at the Polish American Club on Rt. 57 in Agawam on Saturday, July 9th at 11:30am.

If anyone has been there you know about the large parking area and large pavilion. The area also has a grassed portion which we could setup a wiffle ball game, or football.

They have a Volleyball Net and Horseshoe Pits as well for use to use.

Seeing as we have access to a pavilion this will be a rain or shine event, but lets hope for shine.

People should bring some money with them for Entry, Food, and possibly product supplied by Massdriven and/or other vendors.

I hope to make this the best Massdriven Event to date and with the setting of the Polish Club and their facility it enables us to have much more than what we could at other locations.

I would like to see a large turnout so clear your schedules, take the day off, and tell your friends to come along. Lets make this one hell of a Rally!

*If it is to rain we will be able to go under the pavilion as well as into the large banquet hall in the back.

missed out on a good time guys. well over 100 cars, 200+ people, vollyball game that was outta control, stickball (yea a few cars got hit) beer pong, and the after parties were nuts, from hot tubs, to keg stands, to taking a hose and spraying people through a screen on the window of a house!
