it's not that hard... i see how it is. you've obviously had a job somewhere for a while, or have family around you that can help you find a job. or friends or whatnot. finding a job where i am is not as easy as wiping your as$. i always seem to get jobs, but working for schmucks that usually just spin around. but thanks for the wonderful words of wisdom, not like i haven't tried looking for myself and failed miserably, which brings me to looking online. i've applied at 30 different places in the last 2 months, every place i go to i get the, we'll call you back in the next week, so i call them in a week cause they never call me, and they say, we're looking into it. so don't tell me a job search is an easy task, it's a job in itself, although you don't get paid for it. thanks

Well, not all places 5-10 minutes from your house are going to have job opportunities so you might have to be committed and possibly make a long commute to work if you want to find a good job.

Right now, I commute a total of 80 miles a day to go to my job in Maryland. Before that, I was networking with a lot of friends that have jobs already so when I got out of school I might of got a nice connection at a firm.

I ended up working maintenance for the job i am at now when they started implementing videography in their company, they found out about my background and picked me up.

I wouldn't bust on Tim about his comment, he is true about going out and looking yourself instead of relying on a automotive forum.

Have a good one,
Justin

brush up on some interviewing skills. that definitely helps if you can smooth talk any questions without getting stuttery or jittery.

Shire US Manufacturing, it is in Owings Mills. As far as IT here goes, right now they are pretty good with their staff but I am sure once our site grows more they will hire or bring in some people to help out so it wouldn't hurt to throw in a resume.

Have a good one,
Justin
