ok, i was takin the turn, n the road was wet, and my tires were bald...i slid across the road, hit the guard rail, n then hit the truck head on. it was my fault, n i got 2 citations, n i now have 2 points on my license. the car was totalled, n hopefully ill get my damn check soon so i can get another car.

You might want to double check the points you've got. When i had an accident, they cited me for a stop sign violation (i have no idea how the cop came up with that one) and it put 3 points on my license. I'd think with 2 citations, you may have more than 2 points. You'd know though by what it says, but it just looks a little strange to me.
Did your windshield NOT crack? It's kind of hard to tell since there's rain on it, but i don't think it looks cracked. I'm used to seeing a shattered windshield anytime the bags go.
