Was curious who was in and around the northern Tier and the southern tier of New York? Want to see who is in and around the area. Spefically around Elmira, NY, to Williamsport, PA area. From Wellsboro to Towanda PA. Pretty large area. Just wanting to see who is there and see if people want to start planning some sorta meets to get to know each other and just hang out.
