Yeah I know the title is corny..but it got your attention
Ok heres the proposal
1 weekend in July or August for Friday Saturday and Sunday
Day 1-- beggining Friday in Hershey Park Pa in the morning.... we all meet there and stay for the day.
Get a few hotel rooms and crash.
Day 2-- We all Trek to MD for Six Flags spend the day there. (possibly hitting up a go-kart track on the way or something similar)...find some place to crash till the next day
Day 3 ---trek to VA to Kings Dominion do it again.
For the MD and Pa people we can treck back home together and split up at our seperate ways.
DISCLAIMER: this is just a proposal. An Idea. A Suggestion. Im trying to guage interest in this.If you think this sounds do able just post.... thats it.
That way it would give people enough time to save a few bucks make arrangements with work..etc etc. And me enough time to call these places to set up a group rate.
If there's not much interest then yes more than likely it will be scaled down to one park. But hey I thought this may be fun.

I like the suggestion. Instgead of three amusment parks, we should trek to a sjhow thats like maybe 10 or 20 to get into then go to a park the next day.....

I think it sounds like an awesome idea. I mean I like car shows and all but I think a bunch of car people getting together driving and going to a couple amusement parks would be very fun. BTW I love Hershey Park gotta love roller coasters!!

Drive million of miles.
Find Marriot or Hiltion to stay in. (money)
Over millions of dollars to get in the place, do stuff, buy stuff. (money)
repeat..............

I don't remember seeing any pink Sunfires out there in Huntingdon area.
Will have to look out for it this weekend.

BTW I say Hershey also. Although I would really like to go to six flags Hershey is definitely closer.
Been out to Huntingdon area a coupel times.
Mostly between Altoona, Johnstown, and Bedford on the weekends.

id say hershey to cause its closer to me but i am not an amusement park type of person we'll just have to see when the time comes if i am in also or not

that was cool.... i did it when i went to Hershey Park when i was 17.... 3 of us sat in the rear car, rolled a fat blunt, and layed back and rode around the park puffin....

As long as you dont do what Cherrysleeper did the first time I met him. You were there...we were all sitting on the park and ride lot at Whitemarsh. I wont say anymore than that right now.BTW has he finished Basic Training yet?
But as far as Hershey Park Ill get working on a definate date and time..and plan.
This is going to be a pay your own way thing. I dont want the responsibility or headache of collecting money as a group. But Im still going to look into group rates.
