What is a good price to put on a 2.4 5 spd with 15-20k miles on in including spec stage 3 clutch and a fly wheel and b&m short throw shifter

Is it for the car or just the engine and tranny, if its just the engine and tranny, you can get one from a junkyard for $120 pulled yourself, and replace all the gaskets for $200 and just make your own short shifter for maybe $10 tops depending if you change your shifter knob. Spec stage 3 clutch kits you can buy for $150, I never really used them as they dont hold enough power for me.
