I need help my 98 sunfire gt has a really bad misfire the codes I get is p0141 and p0301 I replaced the spark plugs and the coil pack but not the housing or w.e its called.. The car will start right up and I can drive but it I choose not to because it misses at any speed or rpm and the car shakes really bad and the check engine light blinks. it had p0303 but went away on its own before changing the spark plugs and coil pack.. I think its the injectors but dont know how to check them btw anything will help. thanks I forgot to mention the number one spark plug had a dot of oil when I changed it

The ohm on the number 1 injector was 1.7 and the other three was 2.5/2.6.. I inspected the spark plugs again and number 1 had a bit of gas on the tip... any ideas????

Does it do ok on a compression test?

if the spark plug is not firing, there will be gas on it too.

I agree with oldschool, do a compression test.

I would also check the injector with a noid light to make sure it is getting a pulse.

I replaced the injector the car is back to normal again thanks for the help.
