Im still looking for a DD. Anyone know of a 00-02 cav sedan for sale that is in decent condition for ~$2500 or less? I'd prefer a manual, but at this moment i am not picky.

I kno where there's a 01 z24 with 134k for a grand needs a lower engine mount and some rust

i thought of getting rid of mine. i'm on the fence since i just bought 00 impreza rs. if i did it would it would be close to 3k with turbo setup.

Craigslist is teaming with them. It can be risky business with private sale used cars this old, but i think you know the platform well enough to judge when you drive it. Hell, i'm tempted to check out the 03 sedan at that price

Probably sell it around 2k if I can sell the Turbo kit. Its a on the fence thing tho. That I have to get rid of it all.
I would go after that 02. When u swap in your built motor eco swap the 02. If u want u could manual swap it to. Its honestly cake. Just a lot of disassembling. But could still do in a weekend.

Yea, but im looking for a daily. I have 2 projects and do not need another one.
Anywho i did some thinking while at work. It is possible for me to make it threw the winter without picking up a beater/DD, so there is no need to pick up another cheap car. Honestly i wouldnt be keeping it THAT long before i resold it or junked it. So im going to just save the money i was going to spend on a beater and later on pick up the daily i have been dreaming about.

2006 WRX Wagon. Yes i'll mod it, but not to the extent that the cav is. Mainly wheels and exhaust then chassis bracing/suspension. No engine builds, no turbo swaps, nothing radical.
