Alright people, time to clear your schedules, and mark your calenders for
Saturday, December 4th. KGM will be hosting a swap meet/mod day, followed up by our usual dinner at Hooters.
SWAP MEET/MOD DAY:We will be having this at Steve's (Showoff03ls) house, located in Gilbertsville, PA. If you don't know his address, PM him, not sure if he wants it posted here. We'll get started at 12:00 noon.
For the mod day, I'd like to just focus on little things, maybe loose ends we can help each other with on our cars. Minor body work, relocations, etc....SMALL PROJECTS....no repainting entire cars, motor swaps, etc, lol....If we can all choose just one or two small things, that way we can hopefully accomplish work on several cars in a few hours.
As for the swap meet, I would like to post up a list here, and everyone can list what they have available for sale, and what they may be looking for. I have PMd a moderator to make sure it is allowed (since it's kind of like a FS thread and we know how that goes...)...so go ahead and think about your items, but please, DO NOT START A LIST here til I get a thumbs up from a mod. Once I do, I will start the list, and everyone can add on to it.

As always, we'll cruise over to Hooter's for dinner after the swap meet. Everyone at the meet can cruise over together, anyone who isn't attending the swap meet and just wants to meet us at Hooter's, plan on arriving at 6pm. We'll be parked in the back parking lot of Hooters by the hotel.
So once again, think over item for the swap meet, but do not post up til we have a thumbs up from a mod. I'd also like to hear what people have in mind for projects to help out with, but lets hold off on listing them til we start the swap meet list, and we can do it all at once.

Sure. Stop at an auto body/paint supply place and get yourself a tube of SpeedGrip Urethane Panel Bond Epoxy, get at least a 7 min working time, or the 12 or 15 min working time. Should run you about $35.

i might make it to this ....how hard is it to installed a turbo tech upper motor mount on a 2003 eco auto ?
4 min wit a jack and 3/4" air impact. i ddi mine on the cavi so its pretty simple. however TTR says that you should have NEW (2) mount bolts, and i suggest you ghet some locktite cuz the bolts tend to back out. ive had that happen and i locktited them .
Yeah posting it here im not into but PM me and ill hook ya up wit it. if everyone can pitch in 2 bucks to pay for some Kerosen that would be good, so that later we can heat the garage and just work in t-shirts.

Like steve said, 5-10 min tops, its an easy swap. And yes, definitely get new bolts. And I have loctite that you can use.
Just a reminder, for the sake of organization, let's hold off on posting our needed mods...once I get the go ahead from the mods to post swap meet items, we'll include the needed mods with that so we have one organized master list. Thanks guys.

Wayne its called mod day for a reason, not take it to wayne before mod day so u have no reason to go . this is whole point of this meet.

na steve hell still show one way or another. and hell have more to do lol heck last two hooter i recall modding his car lol first bumper swap then vert bar and ecu relocate.there will be more then enough mods to do sides his.
dont decrease the work load for this day. we wanna have all the fun we can .... No pre modding !

steve we all know how the list goes. there will be one person who hogs all the garage lol.
2 bays means 2 cars to work on. no hogging up space. i have 2 jacks so we wont need to wait for one and 4 stands. which hoping luis' car will be out by then will help out. Matt lets get crackin homie !

Zenith - i'd love to see the new saab and maybe get a ride - i'd love to see how they ride/handle. I didn't know you could get these in AWD, 2.8t AND 6-speed manual!
