1998 Bright Red z24 w/ only 75k. The car has been a work in progress over the last 4 years and barely driven over that time. I built it with the intention of being a pretty solid drag car/weekend warrior. The built motor has at most, 500 miles on it and is essentially not even broken in yet. This motor (as seen by other members with the same build) is easily capable of 500whp+. The motor is in the car and runs and drives with no problems. I even have all the turbo stuff to finish it, but just don't have the time to do so and am sick of looking at is sit. The plan was to reflash the pcm to a 2000, get teh gm s/c flash on there through hpt and tune it via hpt. All that needs to be done is 99+ knock sensor and external gauges because when you do this you lose the tach and temp gauges (all already installed). The computer just needs to be reflashed to 2000+, the motor needs a turbo kit, and you are on your way to 400-500whp..assuming you wanted to use hpt. A Standalone would go a LONG way on this car.
