There is a 2 day autox up in Williamsport at Brodart on Oct 9th and 10th.
anybody coming out to run? I'll most likely be running my sedan.
event details can be found at nepascca.org
I've gotta work both days buddy, but I think they might be doing some autoxing the next weekend at Droptoberfest.
its an old concept. time for something new to take the reigns. - Z yaaaa
i probably won't make droptoberfest. i was actually going to run the central region's 2 day event out at the airport that weekend but looks like i'm probably not gonna be able to do that either.
I've got my own event on the 10th
2 days would be sweet though. What class are you in Spencer?

Paying someone to install parts and bragging about it being fast, is like watching someone bang your wife and being proud to raise their kids.
when i run the wagon, i run in stx. cavalier is SM all the way though... supercharger keeps me out of the prepared classes.
the central region events at the airport freaking rock! nothing like blasting down the runway with the blower in full song!
I've gotta do some more reading of the rules... I've already got some people getting grumpy that I'm in ST at the moment, but I'm still in the Novice class so it doesn't really matter.

off the top of my head, the lsd might bump you out of ST but i'd have to check the rulebook... pretty sure the rest of what you have done is legal.
your lsd insert and your abs delete would put you out of ST.
abs can be electronically disabled for street touring (stx, st, sts, stu) but can not be removed. most times at a regional level, they'll let you slide but you may come into question if you keep beating everybody else in the class.
pretty sure you should be in SM though as the prepared categories don't allow for the abs delete either. (remember when i said check the rule book before you build if you plan on running autox??)
Hahaha, yeah, and as much fun as it is, I'm not going to let those rules dictate what I do.
The other thing that bumps me into SM is I cut the corner of my sub frame off to get the tranny out....
I'm gonna get my ass kicked in SM, lol

it all depends on how competitive the class is and how competent the drivers are... i've beaten some of the SM guys in the legacy.
We have some very fast drivers and cars in the Finger Lakes, SM was like 5 to 10 seconds quicker than me, granted it was my first AutoX.

do they have results posted anywhere online?
Ok so my guess on times was just completely off, haha. I need to stop trying to remember so many numbers...
But there are the Results. The only time I ran was on FLR #9

looks like you were running pretty close to the top SM guy for your first time out.
Yeah I guess I'm not as far off as I thought I was
